Controlled beta environment. This notice applies to the invitation-only beta and contains no subscription or payment terms.
Protected educational content
The RN Open Lab beta—including its questions, clinical scenarios, answer options, rationales, scoring logic, organization, graphics, text, and software—is proprietary educational content protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
Permitted use
An approved tester may use the beta only for their personal educational practice and to provide authorized beta feedback. Access is temporary, personal, non-transferable, and revocable.
Prohibited use
- No copying, screenshots for redistribution, screen recording, downloading, or reproduction of questions or rationales.
- No sharing, posting, publication, resale, tutoring reuse, classroom redistribution, or commercial use.
- No scraping, automated extraction, circumvention, reverse engineering, or removal of notices.
- No derivative test banks, study products, competing materials, or datasets.
- No submission of protected content to AI chatbots, model-training systems, automated answer services, or public repositories.
- No use that is unlawful, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringing, disruptive, or intended to defeat beta security.
Enforcement
Suspected misuse may result in immediate access termination, preservation of relevant security records, and pursuit of available remedies. A tester who believes content has been disclosed accidentally should stop further distribution and notify the beta administrator promptly.
